The C10 is a Globe C-Series Compact Manual Slicer. The anodized aluminum base is stain resistant, long lasting, and easy to clean. The design in lightweight, compact, and space saving. The slicer has a hard chromed, special alloy hollow ground knife, a top mounted all metal knife sharpener, and metal bottom enclosure. The chute, slice deflector, knife cover, and sharpener are all removable and easy to clean. The on/off switch is moisture proof and easy to clean. The splash zones are sealed for added sanitation and electronics protection. The handle is ergonomically designed and has dual purposes.
