It uses 120,000 BTU of power to reach and maintain prime cooking temperatures. With fast start-up and recovery times, this Champion CharRock Broiler has infinite adjustable gas valves and an adjustable grate system to give operators ultimate control. It is field convertible and can use Natural or LP Gas (please specify).
