Maintenance Tips
  • Daily clean: Wipe rollers and exterior with warm, soapy water or mild cleaner after each shift to remove grease and food debris. Avoid abrasive pads on rollers.
  • Clean drip/grease pan: Remove and wash the grease collection pan daily to prevent buildup and odors.
  • Roller care: Wipe the raised “Tru-Turn” or chrome rollers with a damp cloth; raised design makes hard-to-reach areas easier to clean.
  • Unplug before servicing: Always disconnect power before deep cleaning or maintenance to avoid electrical hazards.
  • Check controls: Test infinite temperature controls regularly to ensure consistent cooking and NSF-safe holding temps.
  • Inspect moving parts: Periodically check rollers and bearings for wear; replace worn parts to maintain smooth operation.
  • Exterior care: Wipe stainless steel surfaces to maintain finish and prevent corrosion.
  • Periodic deeper clean: For high-volume use, perform more frequent cleaning throughout the day per manual guidance.
