It has a 9" hard chromed special alloy hollow ground knife, increasing its longevity and making it easier to sharpen. It cuts 0 to 9/16" thickness. Its knife motor is fan-cooled and has permanently lubricated ball bearings. This protects it from potential overloads as well as increases its durability. It has a manual reset when needed. Its stainless steel ball bearings also ensure a smooth operation. This C10 Slicer is lightweight and space-saving for ease of use even in tight workspaces. It has an anodized aluminum finish and non-slip rubber feet.
